I am the only coffee drinker in our house, and not even a regular one at that. But I love everything about making my one cup, especially the process, the ritual of it. I drink it black and use a ceramic dripper like this one from Blue Bottle that I picked up on our last trip to SF. (Blue Bottle also has great brewing guides by the way.)

And I have a hand grinder from Hario to grind my 22 grams of beans. Right now they are from Zoka but I have a box coming from Bean Box next week.

It is perfect for me and I need nothing more but holy cow what a beauty this is...
